When sleeping, make sure that you do not press your face against your pillow. This means that if you sleep on your side with face against your pillow, you create pressure on the skin of your face against the pillow. Although the standards of beauty may differ from culture to culture, the desirability for beauty is a universal feature that you see among men and women. An attractive appearance has its own social advantages and definitely plays a big role on first impressions. Anti aging care is fast becoming popular in today’s world because everyone wants to hide their wrinkles. However, you need to know how to proactively take care of your skin to slow down the appearance of wrinkles.
Wrinkles, though evident on the skin surface, are actually a defect of the dermis. The epidermis usually has equal thickness within and between wrinkles. The dermis located on the center of the trough of the wrinkle is a bit thinner. The deepest wrinkles occur in facial areas usually having the highest degree of solar elastosis. The abnormally thickened dermis allows even deeper wrinkles.
