Apply the formula to your face in gentle circular motion. Don’t include your eye area because they are very sensitive. Leave the pumpkin facial mask for about 15 minutes. Wash your face with warm water then pat dry with your towel. Follow with a facial moisturizer.

People found to be taking high doses of beta carotene in their diet were half likely to develop cancers. Other studies showed that beta carotene blocks the development of cancer in the colon and cervix for men (Ahluwala, 2005). It was perceived that beta carotene is a cancer chemo-preventing agent because it blocks proliferation of cancer cells.

The pumpkin seeds contain Vitamin B, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and potassium. These are beneficial for preventing onset of depression.

Pumpkin seeds actually are rich in betasitosterol that suppresses the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, which is a harmful hormone that may cause enlargement of the prostate gland and benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH (Forberg, 2003).
